Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Times:

• UAE: 2 business days
• Remote Areas in UAE: 5–10 business days (We will contact you if there is a delay)

Shipping Charges:

• If your order value is more than AED 100, it's free shipping.
• If your order value is below AED 100, we charge AED 15 to cover shipping via Aramex

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs. However, we’re happy to assist if you need help locating your package.
