🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused (for hygiene reasons)
- In original packaging
- With tags (if applicable)
Return Process:
To initiate a return, email us at support@ethnicae.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item (same value), please mention it in your return request.
🧱 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Include: order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description
We'll offer a free replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.
🛑 Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us.
Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer.
Please check with your local delivery service or neighbors before contacting us. We can assist in filing a claim if needed.
